This is a list of all the error codes on the PSP: (NOTE: This is a work in progress)
If anyone has an error that's not on here, just post the code and what it says and what you know about it and i will add it.
An internal error has occurred (80410A0B)
- This is not confirmed, but most likely a hardware faliure. It's most likely you've dropped your psp at some point and damaged the wifi card. If you haven't dropped it, then it may be worn out due to poor manufacturig. You get this when you search for an access point.
Things to try:
- Restore default settings
If this doesn't work, it's most likely a hardware problem, such as the Wifi card being broken, send your PSP back if it's still in warranty.
A connection error has occurred (80410B05)
- This is caused by the same problem as 80410A0B, you get it when you search for game sharing. See 80410A0B for more info
Registration with the base station could not be completed (80410A0B)
- This is, again, caused by the 80410A0B error, it happens when you try to use the locationfree player. See 80410A0B for more info
An error has occurred (801104B8)
- This is, again, caused by the 80410A0B error, it hapens when you select AOSS. See 80410A0B for more info
The game could not be started (80010002, 80010087, 80220089, 800201A8, 800200E4,)
- The game could not be started, due to the memory stick or UMD being removed, or because the memory stick or UMD is damaged. It may also be when homebrew or unlicensed games are run off the memory stick.
Things to try:
- Clean the UMD
The update failed. Contact technical support for assistance (ffffffff)
- A firmware update has failed for an unknown reason
Things to try:
- Restart the PSP, it will often be on the new version even though it said it failed. If that doesn't work, your PSP will need service.
I hope this helps some people.
