I've heard a lot about Prodrive, even including that they will enter the Formula One stage in a couple of years. Prodrive has been involved in a number of racing disciplines including sportscar racing and rally racing. If you want to talk about Prodrive, then let's talk about this British company.

They already have been in Formula 1, they ran the BAR team back in 2004 and they did well, with Button finishing 3rd. They've already been accepted as an entry for 2008 as well. Should be good, ProDrive are great at what they do, great in the WRC, great in the BTCC, they've already shown they can take over a team and do well in F1, now they're entering a team setup from the begining by themselves in 08, it's looking good.

I was actually hoping you would do Prodrive next.👍 I have a lot of respect for this team. The Prodrive Ferrari - Corvette battles were memorable and Aston Martin and Corvette is proving to be quite the rivalry as well.

I'm glad they were chosen as one of the teams competing in the 2008 Formula 1 season. I hope this doesn't interfere with their sportscar effort, but I have a feeling they will put a lot of concentration into F1.

On a side note here's the Prodrive P2

In the lastest AutoCar mag, there working on there own team. And are building a HQ for there new F1 team.

Subaru can thank Prodrive for their booming sales of recent years. It was Prodrive who developed and ran the Legacys and Imprezas that dominated so much in the 90's.

I recently read an article about this in Racecar engineering. I had heard it on Speed News earlier this year but "...nothing is confirmed..." seemed to be the tone. Does anyone know if this is a 100% Prodrive all the way deal or are they working with another team (like they did with BAR 'till what... '04?)

Dome: Japanese racing specialist Dome will NOT enter F1, apparently their president has "lost interest in F1 all together" also being quoted as saying "it left me a decade ago, when we lost our previous efforts." Dome, being a mainstay in F1, powered by Mugen for the most-part was rumoured to be building a come-back car for '08 and the (in my opinion ridiculous) new rules. That has been squashed for all you Dome fans...
