Profile pic won't upload?

Can anyone give me any tips, I am having trouble getting a profile picture to upload. I get a message saying file failed to upload. I was trying to use one from my downloads which I found on photobucket. Is there a proper site for finding pics that will work?

Owen.C93, that links to the Avatar Related forum. I think Supra_Skills means your profile picture for 'MY GTPlanet'.
