The profiles here on GTP lack some information. Whenever you add someone as a friend, they can't tell, but with you, all you see is a plus sign. Instead I think profiles should be more organized and have more features. Here is a random Invision Powered forum I found on google with this kind of profile. I might join there, since I'm a railfan too, but I will always love cars more. :sly:





Like that, vBulletin will let you have your profiles like that too, I have been on ALOT of vB forums. I think that we should be able to know who's added as a friend and who isn't, and should be able to leave a comment. I wanted to thank Diablo' for telling me about this forum though. He's my long time buddy on MSN. Adding a comment in thier profiles (like in the picture) seems like the best way to do that. :) Am I the only one who thinks that profiles should be like this? :scared:
 
I too have been on a forum with this feature, and its quite neat. I like it. 👍
 
Those features and updated profiles are from a beta version of our forum software (which those vBulletin sites are running), and will certainly be part of GTPlanet very soon.
 
Nice, can't wait to see how it looks in GTP colors. :dopey: BTW the skin on this forum is probably the best out of all the forums I've visited, nice work. 👍
 
I'll say yes, but not until it is out of beta, as I've been members of other forums that had this, and they would be hacked, so there might be a security flaw.
