Progress.gif is missing

I just spotted that the image (that you also get in firefox) that has little dots that move around is missing, and the alt text is there instead. It then reads:

It might be deliberate, but i think it looks better without the alt text as it looks messy.

The image is called "progress.gif" and should be located in /forum/images/misc/ . This is what it looks like:
