Why am I just learning these are a thing?
Someone needs to mod them into the game - with an appropriate engine of course.

Bathurst Comes to Project Motor Racing

Carved into the slopes above Bathurst, New South Wales, Mount Panorama is 6.213 km of contradictions: a public road that becomes one of the world’s greatest circuits, with 23 corners, a 174 m vertical swing, and gradients as steep as 1:6.13.

This track with no Supercars or some kind of tourers is just wrong. And it probably won’t have digital roos either. Poor showing by the devs.

Do we know all the car classes in the game yet? If not then I wouldnt count out a small batch of Supercars or tourers being one of the last groups left we have not seen yet. It would be absolutely odd and a missed opportunity if they don't have them in game or no plans to have a DLC featuring them.

1 base game class still to be revealed, and then there’s a handful of DLC packs coming in year one.
 
Wonder if they’ll have the Toyota Gazoo Racing signage at the dipper. Other than that, I’m fine with GT3 and GT4 cars racing at the mountain. MX-5 Cup and the other GT classes will be cool to use.
Until we find out what the TBA/V8 Power Pack class will be, I’m thinking it will be some type of V8 Supercar/Trans-Am/Marc Cars V8 thing.

Most likely part of a licensing agreement. It was one of the first cars shown well before we knew of the Aston & Porsche. The Storm has been a prominent car for them as well, likely why it's just behind it.

Yeah unfortunate that it’s being retired but way too late to change the cover now. Besides they have an IMSA partnership amongst several other things, it’s not just an IMSA game.

The Storm?

Marketing, really. The Lambo is a more recognizable, current prototype that'll grab attention for people looking to race those types of cars since they're "hot" right now. The Storm would be great, but she's approaching 30 (clutches chest), so only old heads and folks deep in the racing culture will recognize her.

i'm really on the edge as well, but i will definitely wait until after simracing expo next weekend, there should be plenty new impressions of the game available
