Rumble strips are part of the track.
No shortcutting.
No wall riding or collisions with wall.
No cheating.
Race Method:
Arcade Mode - Single Race. No AI. Drive on an empty track, send me your best single lap time in the end of the week via PM.
The Deadline:
Monday the 19th July. 12 PM GMT. Send me your fastest time via PM before the deadline.
Just trying to keep clean at the minute rather than push it, I'm toying with the idea of using the handbrake for the first blind hairpin....maybe, maybe not...it seems fast doing it.

Stirlf1 you can switch on the AI and get 5 laps (the AI don't appear) and run as practice, but I'd prefer if your final time was of the warm up/flying lap type. Thats just my opion, as I don't really want to watch five laps of someones replay
Just had a couple of trys (it's nearly 2 a.m. here). I'll try and do a hot lap soon.

Sector 2: 1'10.9
As soon as you hit a kerb with the front end the car grips so much. Finding the steering too slow for the twisty bits and the brakes too weak. As Flinx says, nice combo. This is pretty tricky!!
There is a lot of time to be lost on the uphill bends.
Holden 1:18 that can't be right! You are allowed a flying lap you know. I can get a 1:16 on the warm up lap. Or are you using street tyres?
Unless thats your total lap time and you are "super fast"
Finally run a few laps here.
Mastered the middle and last sectors (final sector is important for the good time here again), just got to work out the best drive through the first.
Only managed to get another quick shot at this race today...which is a damn shame as this was a great car/track Combo 👍
Managed a clean lap with sectors of 38.445/1:10.395, I'd had faster sectors and laps but usually managed to kiss the wall somewhere
Looking forward to seeing some quick replays at race end, will post mine up (and race 4 too) next day or so.

i´ll have to send in a veeery slow time this week cause i couldn´t put in enough laps this week since i have a new girlfriend that really knows how to make me forget about my PS2

I've smashed my lap time with a T2 1:10.4, checked the replay..and spotted a 🤬 wall rub
Going to have to do some more laps. And so far my best lap is saved in a five lap replay...I hope to change that tonight, especially after I said to stirlf1 that I didn't want to watch any 5 lap replays
I almost forgot about this race I've got family over from Italy, so everything else got sidetracked. I finally took a half hour for myself to get some laps in, and I'm pretty happy with what I got, unless Flinx dramatically improves his time further...

T2: 1'09.4
Lost .3 to Flinx in middle sector, but I am a chicken **** there anyways

Edit: Saved replay is a 5 lapper, but the good lap is the 3rd one and there is nothing beyond it, so it isn't a very long wait
