Just thought I would share this.... I was surfing the net looking for info on a DLC pack for Battlefield 3 and followed a link to a sony page about Battlefield 3 DLC. Look for your self (Battlefiled 3 Racing Car Pack)... Hey Kaz is it true that we will be getting Tanks w/ working guns soon or is it that we will be using Nissan GT-R's in the deserts of Iraq?

Battlefield 3™ SPECACT Kit & Dog Tag Bundle
Battlefield 3™
This bundle of ingame dog tags and multiplayer skins was previously only available as two separate pre-order items. Now all players can get them both. The SPECACT Kit gives you a set of new camouflages for use in multiplayer, while the dog tag bundle has a number of new dog tags for use in multiplayer.

God that's not even funny ! :)

The Battlefield Racing Car Pack is clearly an error. Clicking on that link reveals that it's nothing more than just the Racing Car Pack. http://us.playstation.com/games-and-media/add-ons/battlefield-3-racing-car-pack.html

The rest of your post seems non-GT5 related, so I have no clue there.

I fail to see how this proves anything. What am I missing?

I have no doubt that either Sony, PD, or both monitor our gaming usage. I don't know what they track, or what criteria they use, but would love to know. This post, sadly, doesn't seem to shed light on anything other than an error on their website.

I always thought BF3 needed more touring cars, karts, and an X2011.

I'd like to see someone shoot me if I'm going 300mph in a Redbull or maybe 500mph if my mate buys it and w boost I mean draft together :P

The fact is that there are really only 2 games I am playing alot of right now. Battlefield 3 and Gran Turismo 5 and have purchased DLC for both. Since I looked this up on my computer and that I use two different PSN's for each of the games, it tells me one thing. Someone Sony is tracking what DLC I have purchased from this internet connection and had an error in combining the two by mistake.

Just something odd to point out and other than it being a Gran Turismo car pack no it is not "REALLY" related to GT

It's EA. They wouldn't even share a Porsche, why would they make a racing car pack for BF3? lol

"Do you need off-road vehicles in BF3?
Don't worry, we have a large number of Skylines with 4WD available for you." :D

Or just strap wings on the X1's, and voila... We have jets!!! :yuck:

Your deduction seems a bit far fetched to me. This does not prove any tracking that i can see. I am sure however that yes we probably are tracked but this does not constitute evidence of that fact.

Revised tank car? X2010 with miniguns and heat seeking missiles? Suicide bombing Subies? Useful Schimmiwagon and Kubelwagon?

Best yet: Armoured Fiat 500 '68. 5" of armour with an 80mm tank cannon. Oh, and nitrous...plenty of nitrous. Or an engine swap with the Abrams.

In all seriousness, probably a error on their part. Shows how lazy us Americans are.

My point exactly.

Doesn't take an idiot to figure out its a mistake. Although it is a good find!

Oh please. Is this the most ridiculous thing on this thread?

I found it funny.

You've never heard of coincidences I take it? What you suggest would only make sense if that page was personally generated for you. Which it isn't.

Someone did mentioned this a couple of months back.
