Cool it worked for you as well. I try to find these deals for extending the subscription since they charge full price through the PSN store.

You get a Redeem Code to your email which you use in the Playstation Store.

Yep that is how it works. Interesting system they have in place where the code they send to your email is what you redeem under the account in the PSN store. Happy it worked for you as well. Enjoy.
