hey guys do you know what the blue light on the playstation2 eject button is called?

No but that is the coolest color blue I have ever seen! I sometimes just stare at it.

I'm not sure if it has a SPECIFIC name. I think everyone just calls it the eject button light.

It's an LED. Which stands for Light Emitting Diode.
