PS2/GT4 connecting to a Plasma screen?

I will be purchasing a 42" plasma screen in the near future. Right now my PS2 is connected to my amplifier thru the front audio/video jacks of my VCR. This is working just fine. Will I have to make any changes to my current set-up, other than changing the resolution? in the GT4 options menu? Also, is it best to continue using the 4:3 ratio even though the screen is 16:9? My GT4 is NA(Canada).
 
You'll want to get yourself a HD component cable set for the PS2. You will then want to switch your PS2 Video to 16:9 and 480p output. This will give you the best picture.

Agreed, but I play in 1080i. 👍
