PS3 Game Sharing

I've heard that people can share games they acquire online from the PSN network. I'm just wondering how it works. The new Tekken 5 Online came out today, but only for Japan. A friend of mine aquired it, and doesn't know how to send this to me, since I can't add funds to the PSN Japanese store to get a copy myself.What is the process to access this sharing?

Any info is appreciated
 
I don't think you can share any games. There is no menu choice of moving games to a USB hard drive or anything. I guess you'll have to wait to a release in your own country.
