Hey I have a PS3 slim that I bought at launch, so about 2 years exactly now. Well it's been fine with probably over 5,000 hours, until recently it would make a noise of the disc ejecting.. Well it wouldn't eject or anything, but it won't read the disc that is inside, although it knows there is a disc in there. It reads one disc okay most times, but it has trouble other times, and it doesn't read the other disc at all. Each disc is perfect with no finger prints or scratches.
I'm just wondering is there anything I can do, or if anyone else has experienced this problem? I would like to send it in to get it fixed but I'm not trying to pay to have it fixed.
