PS3 Sound bar for GT5

Has anyone tried GT5 with the official Sony PS3 Soundbar?
Im currently using the TV speakers and the sound is crappy, after seeing some GT5 youtube videos on my computer which has a 5.1 system i thought "Wow the cars sound way better.."

So i've been looking for a solution and found the PS3 Sound Bar system, is it any good? Would you recommend it for GT5? I really want some good bass for the engine sounds, i don't care about the rest..

hmmm for that price, i'm sure you can buy something else better...and it'll come with a sub.

I just bought the Sony HT-CT350 over the weekend for $250 (it was on sale) and it's probably infinitely better. It comes with a SUB and 3 HDMI inputs. The PS3 soundbar goes for $179.99 here in Toronto so I think I scored. lol

So again, for the price, I would probably just pay a bit more and invest in something that comes with a sub.
 
You really should have a sub. Nothing like feeling that raw power as you accelerate out of a corner. :nervous::nervous::nervous:
