PS4 is stuttering while playing Blu Ray movies

Edit: FIXED. Moved the HDMI cable to a different port on my TV. Weird that the first movie was fine.

Anyone seen this before? I just finished a movie that played fine. Popped another one in and it's doing this. Tried another, same. Audio is fine.
