Hello everybody I come from a renowned racing league we have raced for over
five years mainly on the Formula one games
, we are setting up a new Project Cars league which will run on Thursdays at 8pm (BST)
the details of the league have not been finalized but it will begin in early June .

the plan for the league will be to run 2 seperate divisions 1 will be a weekly time trial
where xbox ps4 and pc gamers can compete, and a proper league
which will run on thursdays for 20 weeks with 2 races a night with different cars and tracks
My final draft (to be confirmed) is to run a 15 minute qualifying session for both races
(some long tracks will either be longer qualifying or random grid) with the races lasting
approx 30 minutes each based on average lap time i.e Nordschliefe roughly 10 minute lap
so a 3 lap race (would be 6 as its longer race) Points will be f1 style i.e. 25,18,15. there
will be 1 point given for fastest lap in each race and 1 point for pole position in each race.
The longer races will be the length of 2 normal races and double points will be on offer for them
. An extra 10 points is on offer for winning a series (mini championship as it were) with the person
with most total points over the twenty weeks being crowned Project Cars first IFR champion
I have slightly changed my opinion on how the cars will be selected i think if we split the calender
into 5 sections of 4 week periods and used a different class for each section.
With the 2 karting tracks being raced in karts obviously

25th June-Laguna seca (special long race)

15th July-Oulton park/dubai autodrome
22nd July-Snetterton 300/willow springs
Formula A Series
29th July-Road america (special long race)
5th August-Imola (special long race)
12th August-Silverstone/Catalunya
19th August-Azure coast/Monza
GT3 Series
26th August-Nordschliefe (special long race)
2nd September-Donigton park (special long race)
9th September-Glencairn/Zolder
16th September- Spa (special long race)
LMP1 Series
23rd September-Brno/Greenwood
30th September-Azure circuit/watkins glenn
