  • Here are the Rules!
  • Images must be entirely crafted on your own. There will be no using of other people's abstract designs in your own design. That's just lame...
  • Images can be no larger than 650x600 pixels (you can make a banner size if you please, or something small, but it's not gonna be quite as easy... ;)).
  • No posting of incomplete work. And only post designs dealing with the contest, please.
  • You are allowed to update your entry, so long as you use the new image to replace your last image (using the "Edit" function).
  • Remember!: You only have 10 days, so get to work right away! ;)

The Mission!
For this Abstract Competition, you have to create a futuristic building. Since the architecture can be as insane or as suttle as you like, i believe it should be pretty easy.Not so much detail is needed. Don't be shy, post your work!​

You can make an ad for your building's construction, an ad for something mainly including your building, make a scenario/ladnscape with your building, or simply drop it on a white canvas. It's up to you. :)

Due Date!
I will collect all the entries and post up a poll on the middle of next week - August 20th. No telling at exactly what time, though.

And, as always, try your best - but have fun with it! :)

Looks good, but you should tweak it a bit to let it fit the mission of this week's contest... ;)

Nice one GC. I worked on this a little and am very unhappy with my results. I'm still deciding if I'll submit it or work on it any more.

If that were the case you should've titled it "PSC Mission: make a futuristic building" and not "weekly abstract competition 4"... :rolleyes:

Erm, whenever you post you do it according to the title and not the actual thread maker's post?

Look, either you change it or i don't enter it. It's that easy. You can still work with that image you have, Jpec, and just give the whole "cylinder" some walls.

What if I don't? not to be a word with five of these *, but you should still include it. if you wanted a mission, you should've stated that in the title of the post (if you want me to change or alter my entry, get a moderator to change the title...)

Holy toast. I really don't see why you're so stubborn and can't just adjust your entry a little, but fine, i'll enter it anyway...

I guess this'll be the first, worst contest ever...
 
sorry about my stubbornness last night, I was really tired. But still, I worked alot on that, thinking that the mission was optional (misleading title again). who knows? maybe it's the inside of a futuristic missile silo...

Giancarlo, don't be too hesitative in refusing entries - people should follow the contest guidelines.

I didn't think i had a choice, seeing as there were only two other images entered over the course of more than 5 days. No one seems to want to do this mission anyway. Guess i'll start anew...
 
I just think the reason why no one entering is because their are too many rules and you have to have a building - can't we choose out own elements?
 
Screw it. Too late in the game now too change, i'd rather start over.

Chris, could you close this one up please?
