PSN email problem.

I'm trying to rest my middle sons password on his PSN account but when i signed him up for PSN which was at Xmas when we got the PS3-I stupidly put the wrong email address in. when PSN came back mine and my other sons PSN requested we change our passwords on the PS3 but my middle sons account is saying to go via the email which we dont have access to because it's not ours...Question, how can i reset his PSN password on the PS3 without the email?

You'll have to call Sony Customer Support.

Can you get access to the email account? I did something close to this I used an email account that I made up main problem was it was with my cable company. So I called the cable company and had them add the user id for a new account thinking I would email Sony saying I didn't get the email. That was yesterday 'today I got the email from Sony saying they had the problems then I used Sony's website to log-in and got the email message again went and changes my password to "fooled you here" and no problem now.
