PSN ID / Account question about GT6 and game data

I want to create another PSN ID for a friend to play with my PS3, what do I need to do? Can I share my game data with him? Or he needs to start from zero?
Also, having more than one PSN ID on the same console, requires to create a console profile too? You need to download updates for every profile aswell?
Im quite comfused about this :/

Yes, you'll need to create an account but you won't be able to cross-share any game data. The updates, I think will not be needed though...but I'm not a 100% on that. Any DLC that comes though won't need to be downloaded as it'll already be on your PS3.

Ew... so he'll have to start from zero... well at least the updates will still be there i suppose, thats important because my PS3 has not a big HDD. Thanks

No worries - maybe someone else can confirm about the updates, but I think they're like DLC in that respect with the information share between accounts - but yeah, he'll have to start from scratch.

I thought that was the point of him having a seperate account though, to be able to play the game - alternatively you could both play local split-screen on your account, so there'd be access to all of your favourites for both of you.

Yeah but the bad thing is that he wont be able to have the expensive cars because the money glitch no longer works. Don't get me wrong, we're not fond of cheating but it takes a lot of time to get the xpensive cars.
