There are like a million threads about this and many have been locked.

Basically sony were hacked by a hacking group called 'anonymous' who had a grudge against them, sony have closed PSN for a few days and have put the notice up 'Under Maintenance' in the mean time while they get it sorted which could be a few more days (Heard on the radio).

Well you could ask the people in the thread I just linked to.

But that's just me thinking people talking about the subject would be more appropriate.

However I do believe there's only speculation on when it will be up. Nothing certain.
