Okay. Homebrew is essentially homemade games. These can either be standalone games or they can be emulators that play the games of older systems (such as the SNES). More info can be found at www.pspupdates.qj.net

On the subject of the RSS channel, as of now the PSP only supports RSS audio feeds, which allow you to listen to streaming audio from the internet. Using this feature, you can subscribe to what are more commonly known as "podcasts" on websites such as www.engadget.com (click on the RSS button to recieve the Engadget podcast each week).

Hope this helps!

darkfalcon - what firmware do you have? That'll tell you wheather you can play homebrew or not. If you have 2.7 or 2.71 then you can't use it.

Do any of you use your PSP as a TV remote? There's some downloads for Sony Wega TV set owners. I want to know how well it works if you have it.

I plan on getting a PSP soon. So far two or three games have me interested. Plus, playing MP3s that I can download from my PC.

Below is info on the PSP as a remote...

Thats a really cool feature, at least he is making use of the IR port on the top of the PSP, Sony havent used it yet, maybe this is what they had im mind. Unfortunatly my dads PSP is on 2.71 firmware and he wont let me hack it incase of bricking it, If I get my own i may get that mod chip for it and do it that way, but for now no homebrew, but I do have a really cool download for ya.

This is one of the coolist 3gp converters, its very fast and even renames the files correctly for you, try it out.

My PSP Downloads look for a file called 3GP_Converter034.ZIP

If any of you have a PSP demo or game you want to share, just send me a PM and I will get it and upload it to this account so everyone here can get it.
