PSP internet issues

Sorry if there's already something on this topic, my PSP worked for browsing the net once and hasn't worked since, (if it makes any difference it was on an unsecured network at my cousin's house) and now whenever I try to connect to my network - secured with WPA-PSK (TKIP) - it says "Communication with the server has failed. A DNS error has occured (80410418)." If I test the connection in network setting it says it works fine. How can i fix this?

A Communication With the Server failed. A DNS error has occured.
Error code : (80410414)
- The website you are trying to view is unavailble.
- Check the web address you typed in.
- Time out error
+ Try viewing a different site and see if it works.However, it is probably caused by your router blocking the site. Check your firewall settings.

and make sure you turn on the wi-fi switch on.

Try game sharing see if it works. do you use the original firmware or custom firmware?

NVM he said he fixed the trouble... it was his firewall

Unplug your modem and plug it back after 30 seconds, and also try doing the same for your wi-fi box. Does the trick for me.

whenever you move to a different location, make sure you arent trying to connect with the old location set up.

like, ive location set up for school (tstc wireless) and my home network (links)

I sometimes have that problem - I bought a second hand PSP from a mate - He had custom firmware installed when he bought it in Japan, so I think it might be the custom firmware... What firmware have you got, official or custom?
