I could make a guide to doing it in PSP7, but I cant be arsed, if you wanna change the colour of a car, use the colourise option

You can paint a car with any graphics editing program.

how do you take something from one photo and put it in another (ie bumper 2 bumper)

and, how do you get the yellow background off after you lower the car?

well i just highlight the car with the freehand tool and then colorise it

BTW-i JUST got my 3d chipset working correctly so now i can play 3D games

Man, Paint is easy to use for doing stuff like that, most of the time I do it pixel-by-pixel...but for animated things like AIM icons and stuff, I use NeoPaint. Its a cool program and the "30-Day Trial" can last as long as you want. I'm on day 200-or-sumthin-of-30.
