PspVideo9 Troubleshooting

i need help with the pspvideo9 program...because i copy the video file to the psp device and it has a little popup page and it shows that the video is copying, but when i check it on my psp, there is no videos...anyone know what you need to put on the device folder? ex.1...E:\VIDEO...thanks
 
I usually put them in (root/Whatever your PSP is):\PSP\VIDEO, as putting them in just (root):\VIDEO seems to just duplicate them into the other folder and just take up more space.

Are you sure it is in a format the PSP can use?
