This is something I've been wanting to do for about a year, but never got around to it. Another one-make series, this time with the 2010 Chevy Camaro RM. With the new updates improving its sound, now's the perfect time to get this started.

Basically, I'm looking at keeping this relatively simple:

-30-45 minute races
-15 minute pre-race qualifying
-6/7 races + practice race
-(probably) no power upgrades
-open tuning

This will likely be on Sunday evenings/nights, or Sunday afternoon.

Deep Forest, Grand valley East, Tsukuba, Nurb GP/f, Le Sarthe, something else for tracks?

So yeah, discuss away, feel free to suggest stuff.

Sounds like an all-road version of IROC. And the Camaro's rock 👍

I was waiting for you to come in with that. ;)

Same car, different concept, pretty much.

Does going through history indicate your interest, Paul? ;)

I would be intrested, raceday and time would suit me.

I would say yes as I love the car but for now thats a negative Mule.

I'm thinking I would be interested in this series Mule. Depending on the time, (the later the better) I should be able to make most of the races. 👍 Also like the fact that qualifying is right before, seems to not only be easier on the host this way, but all participants to. When are you thinking for a start date? After GTA I assume?

Edit: Forgot to add my track suggestion:sly:, which would be Autumn Ring Reverse, that is all, carry on.

I'm very intrested in this

Time pretty much depends on European interest. If it's very low, a later time can easily work, but if it's high, we'd have to use an earlier time.

I really enjoy the Camaro RM if the time is convenient I would like to race.

I'm keeping an interested eye on this one, Mule. Loves me some Camaro's!

Is 6:00 eastern on Sundays good for you guys? Late enough that CALM shouldn't be clashing at all, and the NASCAR races should be done (except a long, west coast race maybe), but early enough that we don't clash with the IS-Fs, and isn't too ridiculous for some of the Europeans.

I'll get working on the OP for the thread, too. Currently unsure of whether I want to use the old Google spreadsheets or talk to Tim and use the PURE website.

Talk to Tim yesss :D muhah.

He needs practice xo

But hey wouldn't this clash with uhm the IS-F series or was it supposed to be after that?

If the IS-fs are using the fmtc timeslot, it should fit in perfectly.

I am genuinely interested, I love these babys. What AIDS do you plan on allowing (The real ones do have Traction Control).

Mules series have allways been all aids off except ABS. He also doesn't mimick real life series, these are his own original RM series .

I'm interested. :) love me some LSX powa.

Will work on the OP during Le Mans.

One thing I forgot to mention is that I want to do rolling starts for this, as well.

I made a car for this already and ran some laps, at the power Mule is thinking(stock RM HP?) of using, there doesn't seem like there is much need for traction control, the car feels very planted as it is. Just my opinion and you know what they say about those.. :sly:

Yeah, not really planning on TC at all.
