Made the thread for an easy place to post updates to our mod and to dump some of our WIP photos as well.

We're aiming to release this mod within a month or two after AC's release and are definitely gonna be reaching out to GTP for help in testing the mod during its first few steps of inclusion in AC's engine. After it's all good and done, we're gonna be running a Spec Miata racing league.

And, just to clarify on the title, we'll be releasing two cars, a regular roadcar version of the Miata/MX-5 and a Spec Miata racecar.

Looking For: Skinners, photographers, video makers, those with access to Spec Miatas for simple recordings, testers (especially those that are familiar with driving Miatas in real life, whether the roadcar or racecar).

Modelling is awesome fairplay, looking forward to this. I remember you posting some WIP pictures a while back, I'm glad it hasn't been abandoned!
 
if you need testers give me a shout, i'll be more than happy to rip these cars round the bend :)

We need a sub forum for mods! Great job! Hope you guys get the spec and physics accurately.

Also someone should update the Lamborghini Balboni MOD. Have,'t heard anything from them in a while... (Well I haven't been checking. :D)
 
If he needs some photo resources to help further model those Kosei K1's let me know, I've got a set on my car.
 
I wonder how long this will take for 1 person to make? Including their time on their own job, family, and what not.

Hey guys :D

The car's going to be available for testing as soon as we can get it in game. As for version 1.0 of the mod, there's no telling when that will be, but that's not important, we'll release the beta version and start racing with it ASAP and fix things along the way.

Nah, we don't really care for the NC, no plans to do that. After the MX-5 we're going to be moving over to another roadcar/club racing car. Doesn't see much real action, NA's a lot more predominant everywhere, more parts, classic fun.
