QTS available in C/B/A class?

I know QTS is only available once completed all A class events. But once its unlocked can it be used in the C Class and B class etc events.

I refuse to use standard physics. I love the new Pro Physics. As iv read on other posts its difficult to get Gold on the Time trials events and one lap wonders on overtaking all cars.
Only got the game today after pre ordering it way back at beginning of January.

Practice, practice, practice...need a steering wheel now as the six axis os limited in movement.

qts is unavailable in time trial races. But i remember I unlocked qts and then repeated a race to gold it and noticed the qts icon was there so i believe you can qts setup cars for the lower classes once you have unlocked it.

You can't use it one the time trials and one lap overtaking events
