hi all just bought an armax two weeks ago had to send it back to get a newer version cause i have slimline ps2 well i was wondering if there was a program that allowed me to enter codes that aren't on datel's codelist but without have to turn on my ps2 basically what im wondering is there a way to copy and paste the codes into the codelist so i dont have to kill my fingers typing them out. thx in advance and sorry if this is the wrong section
edit: btw i do have a pendrive that works

Welcome to GTP inky. I would recommend using better grammar as others will say it. But, anyways, I am sure there is someone out there who knows. I am willing to bet theres a way but not without turning on the PS2.

There is a codelist that is available from the (www.)Codejunkies(.com) Web Site which can be downloaded to a USB stick that can then be used on the PS2. This downloads the latest complete codelist. There is however some question regarding how up to date these are (you would need to download to find out).

If you are concerned by the number of codes that are available for GT4 I have condensed the license and mission hall codes down to a few lines (and tested them successfully).

Thanks Rogs but i already knew about Codejunkies website I have close to the newest codelist only a couple behind. Anyway what I meant was something that could add indepent codes, like the ones on this site, without haveing my PS2 on and using my computer. I've searched google for something like that with no luck.

There is no way to do that with the ARMax unfortunately as the codelist is, I believe encrypted.

Ok thanks. Was hoping there was cause i found a ton of codes for GTA:SA I wanted to try but theres so many that'll take me like an hour and a half atleast. Oh guess I'd better get typing.

Aren't the GTA:SA codes already in the codelist? The game has been around for a while. WHich version of the game do you have (NTSC or PAL)?

Here are some GTA:SA codes that I condensed. I have not tested them though so I am not sure how well they will work, use them with the existing (M) code and try them on their own:

GTA:SA (PAL)

All Hit Man Skills
RFTD-NADW-J0DKP
A7D9-ADEU-6JQ16
TAHD-B36U-1M6C8

All Max Weapon/Crime Stats
V6GZ-03BR-CGYE4
PTMW-ZEDU-XX8Z2
2U7P-CTJG-TUUT3

GTA:SA(NTSC)

All Hit Man Skills
6YG5-VBG1-RR9WD
Z2D1-DFT5-P4MR6
TAHD-B36U-1M6C8

All Max Weapon/Crime Stats
C8A3-UNUX-5XUUH
XVVK-YQZF-BTB8H
2U7P-CTJG-TUUT3

There is no Hit Man codes as far as I can see for the NTSC version but as the Weapon/Crime stats were close to them I tried to convert the PAL codes.

Do you have a USB keyboard you can use with the PS2 as they do make life easier.

Yes I have a Keyboard, the one made by Datel as a matter of fact. But its diffrent typing in codes when your used to regular words. Also the codes i was talking about were the ones on maxbot.com
