Question about BB Code for Text Background Color

Does the forum have support for text background color?

I know I can change the text color using [COLOR=red]red[/COLOR]. Doing some Google searches, it appears that some forums support BB Code [BGCOLOR=...].

I also read the following somewhere, but I have no idea if it's relevant to this forum's software or not:

Go to Admin CP -> Custom BBCode -> Add New BBCode

Name: Background Color
Tag: bgcolor
Replacement: <span style="background-color:{option}">{param}</span>
Example: [bgcolor=yellow]Yellow Background[/bgcolor]
Description: This will allow you to add a color background to your text. Use responsibly
Use {option}: Yes.

No, it's not an option that's made available here; you can only change the color of the text itself.

Thanks. I know it's not high-priority, but it's something I'd definitely use. I've been posting images from my GranTracker program, like this:

But without the colored backgrounds, it doesn't convey the same information at a glance.

So that's why I want it. But it's cool if you can't or don't want to add the feature. I just wanted you to know why I wanted it.
