Question about FH3's multiplayer

Hi, i just registered to GTPlanet and i have a question about the multiplayer side of the game. I'm thinking about buying the game on Pc because i don't own an Xbox, i always got PS consoles to play GT. My question is: can i play FH3 online on Pc with some friends who plays the game on Xbox? Thanks in advance for any answer and, in case of bad grammar i apologize, i'm Italian and i try my best to speak properly.
