Question About Gt-One Road Car

Hey guys. I have a question about the Gt-One Road Car. I just won it in the Tokyo Endurance race, and I don't know whether or not to turbo it. How much would a turbo stage 4 reduce handling? it would bring it to like 100hp, but would it make it really heavy? How about the other turbos?
 
I took that car on complex string, and comparing the stock version to the max turbo, there was only a difference of about 10 seconds (for a 4 minute lap). So that huge gain in hp only improves your time by about 4%. Unless test track of course, but you knew that .......... hopefully......
 
but that is till 10 seconds faster than before, could mean the dif between first and last...
