Question about GT5 platinum

My question is: To get the gold standard trophy do I need to get gold in all A-Spec and B-Spec races? I read different things. Some say only all B-Spec works. Others say All the races in both but the endurance races on one of them. I read the sticky but no light was shed. Thank you in advance.
 
Like engergizerrr said. It's a tough call which one I'd go for. B-spec drivers are incompetent, but A-spec can be boring and painful when doing endurance races. Thank god for Spec II adding mid race saves.
 
Bigger issue is that I had to leave my PS3 on overnight for a whole month in order to get B-spec level 40 and not to mention The Air of Experience trophy (I got Gold Standard with only 207 races and you need 500 for this BRONZE trophy) - whole week of playing only B-spec Sunday Cup Tsukuba...as soon as I got it I deleted all B-spec drivers, to hell with that mode!

I never aim for the platinum trophy.

As I've said countless times before, it should've been an optional mode. Just like in GT4, which was implemented perfectly in my opinion.
 
All i have left to do is 2 24hr Endurance races on A-Spec and 1 on B-Spec. Looks like I'll have platinum by tomorrow night!!! Thank you guys.
