Question about Memory Managers

With a memory manager can you download files from the net and put them on the card, like an X-Port?

But you cant make Hybrids, just download the garages?

X-Ports are anavailable in NZ but Memory managers are possible to get so i shall go with a memory manager if it meets this requirment.

Downloadable Garages!!!

Any advice on these questions would be sweet.
