Because all cars are available in PCars from the start, does that mean that they are all in "My Garage", as well as all the liveries, or is it more personalised than that?

Yes they are all there with all liveries. Purpose of the Garage is to manage different setups for your cars

Thanks for your reply. The differences in what's parked there between owners of PCars will be about who buys dlc, and which dlc then. Cheers.
