Question about Photo Mode Locations

Sry guys, I'm new to the photo mode and I have a question, but I'm not sure wether to post it in the Q&A forum or here. So please mods, put it into the right forum, but as this question is only related to photo mode I felt to put it here.

Is there a way to influence the photo mode locations? For example in the Red Bull Hangar the sun sets and the Hangar is lit in different lights. Is there a way to stop the sun from setting and get white light instead of the green/blue/red/purple light?

Same goes for some other locations were the sun is setting and other things happen like the light change at the Hangar.
 
If you want to take a picture in daylight at the hangar you have to be quick. There's no way of stopping the sun from setting so quickly.
