I'm getting ready to start the second season for my Cappuccino Cup league and I want to post 2 or 3 polls to get some feedback first. Is there a preferred place to post multiple polls so it doesn't appear that I'm spamming a certain forum? With the new organization of the online racing forum ( 👍 ) I'm not sure where to place them.

Thanks in advance.

That's a good idea. Is there a limit to how many options you can have in a poll? I'd have anywhere from 6-15 items to list but not sure what the limit is.

When you start a new thread, at the bottom of the page is the option to include a poll. There it states:

Number of poll options: [ 4 ] (Maximum: 100)

You're fine with 15. Just remember that having a lot of options might get confusing (although I doubt that will be a problem here) and removing a poll after you are done with it is difficult.

I plan on starting a thread for just the poll. Since I'm Premium I can close it when I'm done with it, right? Or set it to expire after a set amount of time.

9 of those options will be for track choices so it shouldn't be as confusing as it sounds. Is it ok to post it on the "racing series" sub-forum since that's where the new thread for the second season will ultimately be in a week or 2?

I'd say the new Interest Checks sub-forum would be the best place for the polls you're suggesting (not the Race Series forum itself). Of course, considering the number of polls you want to hold, you may just be better off hosting them at another site such as Survey Monkey and then directing your participants there.

Thanks for the link Jordan, but the Free plan on that site only allows 10 questions to be asked with 100 responses. I was looking for something similar to that but will need more room for responses.

If you don't want to use a third-party service, just post your individual polls in the Interest Checks forum and direct your participants there.
