Question about reset ??

Sorry if this has been asked countless times before!!

I see members talking about the reset time when trading cars, I'm assuming it's when the game allows you to send another car.

but what is the reset and when does it happen?

The reset, resets your sent car limit back to 0 so you can send another one.

It happens 12 AM, GMT timezone. Don't know exactly what the times are in other timezones.
