Question about Shared Liveries

So quick question as i don't know what will happen, but if I delete a livery that I have shared from my library will that livery still be available for others to download and use? I need to delete some liveries to make room for more but I am running short on space on my PS4.

The deleted livery will disappear from all the libraries of the users, and they couldn’t apply it anymore BUT, if someone already have it on a car, it will stay on it until he decides to change (but he won’t be able to apply again).
