Question about sharing cars

Hello, Guys!

As many of you already know, I started playing GT5 only a couple months ago, so many of the game's features are a mystery to me...

One feature that I often hear about is the 'car sharing' feature. How does it work, exactly? My garage is full of gt500 cars and I'd love to share them with whoever wants to drive those...

Another question: if someone 'borrows' one of my cars, can this person alter the car setup? For example, can one of my friends be my 'test driver' and test my car's tunes when I'm unable to?

1st question: You share a car, and a friend borrows it... Only explanation I can give.

2nd question:
Yes. The borrower can alter the car settings, however those changes will have no effect, when the car is returned from the borrower.

What if the borrower buys new parts for said car? Do those parts remain on the car?

Q1: In your garage, click on the car. Move cursor to the left to the Globe logo entitled 'Share with friends'. Click on that & it'll take you through 2 steps to set it online. Only people who are your friends can then use the car.

Q2: Yes, they can, but any changes they make would be lost when you get it back. You would have to then make those changes if you wanted them.

Nope. You get it back in the same condidtion/setup as when you set it online.
