Question about Staff Coordination

This is just a question for the staff of GTPlanet (and out of general curiosity):

This screenshot was taken on Thursday, March 31st, at 7:00AM GMT.
In general, I never see more than 5 staff members (Moderators, Admin, Emeritus like interludes) online at a time.
Is there a schedule for certian staff to be online?

There is no schedule, no.

However, you won't be able to see staff who browse invisibly. I'm only ever not online because I'm sleeping...
