Question about the hybrid cars

Cars like the la ferrari has the motor power and the e motor power both(708kw) in the car settings, but lmp1 cars like the ts050 has just the motor power (378kw) without the e motor. Means that, that the lmp1 has just their motor power in the race ? Because there is no boost button like in gt6.. I dont understand how this works in gtsports maybe you can help me.

They deploy automatically on the exit of corners
For the LaFerrari I think it's perpetually activated
 
The LMP1 cars have the electric motors deploy electronically determined.

In real world this is programmed to each track based on simulation work, adjusted to the car characteristics.
In GT Sport basically you just release automatically once you accelerate on corner exit, depending on steer lock, gear and instant speed.
