Question about track editor

Hi guys!
GT5 will be (probably) delivered on the 25th, and I'm a bit curious about the track editor: can you "add" the races you create in you GT Life?
It could be like adding an event to your career, setting subscription costs and prizes, so the game becomes potentially never-ending.
Then, you'd be able to add the "events" your friends create too.

Can you use your created tracks on Arcade mode/online mode?

I think that's the basic purpose of creating tracks, I think you can race them in arcade and online mode.
