I saw this in one of the tunes, (BlueShift's Zonda R 09 tune):

- Braking Sensitivity : -/11

Now the "slash" or "-" prior to the 11 means to keep it the same as it was originally set, right? Or does it mean put that one to zero? A little confused, sorry.

It's an LSD setting and the Zonda is RWD. The - just means there is no setting there.

To clarify, LSD have settings for all 4 tires that look like the following in game:
xx Initial xx
xx Accel xx
xx DeAc xx

When tuners write up their layouts, it's like this:
Initial xx / xx
Accel xx / xx
DeAc xx / xx

Since the Zonda is RWD like Roj mentioned, it only has settings for the rear.
Initial - / xx
Accel - / xx
DeAc - / xx

The "-" are used to show, that they aren't used, or can't be adjusted.

Oh jeez, I feel like a complete noob. Thanks for clarifying something so obvious if I would have analyzed it a little further.💡
