Hi guys,

I've just got my PlayStation 4 for my birthday and I have to say what a fantastic bit of kit, my only down point is the annalog sticks are very small and don't have a lot of travel. The reason this is a down point for me is I use both annually sticks for steering and acceleration/braking.

My question being is there anyway I can improve this? I always wanted to buy one of those HKS racing controllers, has anyone seen anything similar for the ps4? Or maybe a set of KontrolFreek - FPS thumbsticks?

Any information would be great! Many thanks in advanced.

Will

I'm guessing this is the right area to post this question in? If not, could someone help me and point me in the right direction :)

Longer sticks would help but the springs would feel weaker. I don't know if that's a big deal for you or not but it could affect your ability to make small changes to the input. Other than that, I'm not aware of any HKS-like PS4 controllers or any other way to improve the DS4.

Thanks for your reply and yes it's one of the methods I'm thinking of trying ☺. May try and pick up a damaged secondhand DS4 to try some modding.

Stick a bigger battery in there while you're at it! I thought my DS4 was defective until I read that pretty much everyone else had the same awful battery life. I imagine there are guides out there for that already.
