Question On Bday Ticket

So i made a dummy account to get the BMW F1 GTR Race car and it didn't give me the ticket for that year. Is it because the age of the account isn't 18 or a certain age?

The Birthday ticket gives you a ticket that will only give out cars for that year. So say I was born in 1982 (which I am not) then you can only get cars from 1982.

Also if it is a sub account then you may need to change some settings around so you can go online with the sub account.

I put in the '97 year for birth but it never gave me the ticket, i can go back and try messing with online settings in a minute.

So i tried to use the OCD and it told me i was currently offline when i was clearly signed into the PSN. What setting do i turn on in order to get online?

I think you need to go into your main account (assuming this is a sub account) and go into account management. In there I think there is one which says sub account or something like that and you need to change some thing (can't remember and the PS3 isn't available for me to use)

Yeah that did it thanks, on a different note, i was also told theres a limit to how many items you can trade in a day is that true?

I believe you can trade 5 paints, 1 car and 5 items a day.
