Here's the problem:

I created this .gif as 4 separate panels, then posted them so they line up correctly.
The panels are all 400x267 pix so that when combined the entire image will fit in a thread properly.

audi-panel-final-rt-tt-2.gif
ford-panel---final-rd-tt-2.gif

lexus-panel-final-rd-tt-2.gif
ferrari-panel---final-rd-tt-2.gif

The problem is that if members don't have 'wide page' view enabled in settings, or if it is viewed on an iPad or low-res monitor the image panels get stacked in a top to bottom fasion, like this:

audi-panel-final-rt-tt-2.gif

ford-panel---final-rd-tt-2.gif

lexus-panel-final-rd-tt-2.gif

ferrari-panel---final-rd-tt-2.gif

So my question is:
Is it possible to combine all 4 panels easily - without going back and dropping all layers from all panels into a new PS project?
Simply put, it took way too long to do the first time (it was a 'can I do this?' type of experiment - I'm very, very new to creating / using gif's at all) and I will just leave it as is if the solution will take too much time to re-do.
I'm using PS CS5.
