Question regarding license's

I have looked everywhere, and though I have seen this question come up in other threads, I could not find an answer.

My question is: If you beat license in all silver for example, and you win the two cars. Could you go back again later and complete all gold and obtain the "gold" winning car? Or is it a one time deal?

You can go back and get the Gold Medal car whenever you choose to. Once you have completed the tests and gotten all Gold medals, you should receive your All Gold Medal prize car (don't expect too much for your hard work though)
