question regaurding percent

do you have to get all golds on the liscence challenges to get 100%? im at about 60 percent right now, and am starting to do endurance/rally races, along with finishing up professional. and that would really suck to have to get all golds on the liscence challenges

I don't think you have to get all golds for 100%, but you have to get 1st in all the Arcade Time Trials.

you need all licence's to get to 100% if that what you mean.  all bronze would do I guess. Don't forget to finish arcade mode too.
