Hi all, i would like to ask if there are any brake deadzone settings in-game that are adjustable in game for GT5? As my fanatec standard brake pedals are faulty and they register a slight braking input although my feet is not on the brakes at all. I'm considering to buy a PS3 just for GT5 as my current xbox RROD-ed and thought that the deadzone issue would be quite a significant one.

True that this problem is Fanatec's pedals fault, but i would still like to find a workaround solution to this problem. Thanks if anyone is able to help me out :)

Oh, and extra question, how does fanatec's 911 turbo s wheel feels with GT5? :)

Thanks again !

Hi, does anyone have the answer to my questions? As this deadzone settings play as a factor as to whether i get a new ps3 or xbox 360. =x

I sometimes get deadzone issues with my PWTS also, but I just recalibrate it, and it seems to fix it.

If your brake pedal is slightly engaged during the race, pause the game, turn off the wheel, and press the brake pedal to the approximate physical level that it shows in-game. Turn your wheel back on and let it recalibrate while still holding the pedal. Let go when it's finished and unpause the game.

Problem solved...or at least it helps my pedal issues (when they get off-kilter)

Thanks for the solution! Will try it when im using the wheel! :) Does this recalibrate the pedals?
