ok to start stuff off ummm..... my bad maybe um ya about the hotness stuff i dont know i was bored well ok to get to the point i have gone to any a site for cheats to get the cool chopper at the millitary base and i ve heard that you can get in by geting the cop uniform from next to the malibu club and i couldnt find even the uniform and i need all 100 packeges and well um help please??

Yes you can get into the Army Base without being shot at with the Cop Uniorm, but to get that uniform at the Washington Beach Police Department, you have to beat the mission Cop Land. Your best bet would be to go to www.gamefaqs.com and have a look through their Vice City tutorials.
